Information you share

Business briefs and website inquiries collect the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, business details, and message. We use it to respond to your request, build and maintain your website, and provide the services you choose.

Service providers

When configured, our hosting, database, email, customer relationship, and payment providers process information needed to deliver those services. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Website copy supplied for AI drafting may be processed by the configured AI provider. We do not send your payment details to the AI provider.

Cookies and analytics

Sign-in uses essential session cookies. The initial product does not send browsing events to an external analytics provider. Any optional analytics or marketing tracking should be disclosed and configured before use.

Your choices

Submitting an inquiry permits a response to that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing texts. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the business or LocalBeam through the contact details supplied in your service agreement.

Retention

Account information and service records are retained while needed to provide the service and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention periods and a direct privacy contact must be confirmed in the service agreement before accepting live customer data.
